Reporting violations and irregularities

Our company is committed to maintaining high standards of ethics and integrity, and we believe that every stakeholder, inside and outside the company, has a key role in ensuring an ethical, safe and responsible work environment.

Our Commitment
We promote an open and transparent corporate culture, where reports of violations and irregularities are taken seriously and treated with confidentiality. We want to ensure that anyone who is aware of suspicious or problematic situations can report them without fear of retaliation or discrimination. Any action against a whistleblower will be considered a serious violation of our corporate policies and will be treated accordingly.

How to report
We encourage you to report any form of violation or irregularity using the computer channel described below.
As requested by D.Lgs. 24/2023 on “the protection of persons reporting violations of Union law and laying down provisions concerning the protection of persons reporting violations of national legal provisions”, we have established a reporting model for violations and irregularities of internal or external regulations as specified in the whistleblowing Procedure.

Through the platform you find on the site www.segnalazioneviolazioni.it can make a report, following the instructions in the tutorial present in home page, and send messages, in completely confidential mode.

Once you have sent your report, the platform will issue a receipt with the report’s identification number, which you can use to monitor the progress of your report.
Use this channel if you wish to keep your identity confidential and benefit from the safeguards provided in the event of retaliation.
The report must be made in good faith and must not take offensive tones or contain personal offenses or moral judgments aimed at offending or damaging the honor and/ or personal and/ or professional decency of the person or persons subject to the report.
The company does not tolerate reports made in bad faith and/ or with calumniating/ defamatory intent, which are found to be unfounded.

Handling of Reports
All reports received will be treated with the utmost seriousness and confidentiality. A specifically designated and independent entity will analyse the report and initiate the necessary investigations. We will do our best to provide feedback on the outcome of the investigation, while protecting the confidentiality of the persons involved.
